Coming out

A digital story (video) from the Cancer’s Margins project exploring bisexuality and breast cancer.

Cancer’s Margins used a community-and-arts based approach to exploring sexual and gender diversity, and experiences of cancer health, support and care. The researchers worked with the participants to develop a series of digital stories that looked at how 2SLGBTQIA+ people locate and share knowledge after they’ve been diagnosed and treated for breast or gynecologic cancer.

Coming out provides a heartfelt and incisive testimonial about visibility, being bisexual and communication with breast cancer treatment providers.
