Launching our Community of Practice

A place to find support and connection for 2SLGBTQ+ healthcare professionals working in cancer care.

Communities of Practice (CoPs) are groups of people of who share expertise and passion for a cause who build common identity, create, exchange, and expand knowledge to affect change.

We know how vital connection is, so we’re launching a CoP for 2SLGBTQ+ healthcare professionals in cancer care. Many of us are working in challenging environments, whilst also advocating to make things better for our 2SLGBTQ+ patients and colleagues. This work is hard so come and find support, information and connection

Although our focus is on supporting healthcare professionals, we warmly welcome cancer care researchers, advocacy folks, allies and 2SLGBTQ+ people with lived cancer experience.

Our first meeting is October 31st at 1pm Eastern Time. You can find more details here.
