Sally Payne talks about some of the the difficulties of navigating the experience of prostate cancer as a trans woman.

I don’t want to go to a straight man’s prostate support group because that’s not who I am. I’m a different person to that, I’m a trans woman with prostate cancer, not a gay man with prostate cancer, not a straight man with prostate cancer. The same prostate problems arise but sometimes the needs are different.
